Growing up in a family of six girls in a rural farming community with parents that had and still has big gardens.  Learning to cook came at very early age.  Cooking from scratch and learning how to properly season foods was passed down through the generations .  My husband and partner also comes from a family of cooks.  Both he and I are perfectionists, so when we started barbequing we couldn't settle for just any seasonings.  Through competitions and smoking meats at home has led us on a 3 year journey to create a rub we think is tops in sweet, heat and flavor.  We hope you will too because we have a passion for things done right.
